Outcome Review System and Structural Refinements

This update introduces the outcome review system — a new Obsidian Base and expanded process for tracking domain-level progress alongside behavior consistency. Several processes were merged for clarity, content was added to domain docs, and the Getting Started guide now clarifies the two implementation approaches.

Additions

• Added israf definition to the Stinginess domain doc: "Israf is spending what you do not have (credit) when you don't need to, spending on haram, or spending for riya."
• Added to the Sincerity domain doc: "The value of actions is determined by their beginnings (niya/sincerity) and their endings (consistency)."
• Added to Advice and admonishment (Commanding good and forbidding evil): "When admonishing, be merciful and patient because Allah is like that with you — He forbears despite knowing your faults."
• Added to Hate the disobedient and love the obedient: "Don't keep company with people who don't inspire you through their state (actions) or guide you through their speech (advice)."
• Added behavior to Keeping family ties: "call extended family during Eid and holidays."
• Created regret and prevent.md — a merged process combining Cry and fear misguidance (Fear and hope) and Regret and prevent after committing a sin (Repentance).
• Created Host guests generously.md under Upholding the right of muslims.
• Renamed Review working processes → Review processes and outcomes, expanding it to cover both behavior review and outcome review.
• Created outcome review.base — a new Obsidian Base grouping domains by objective with progress bars.
• Added outcome property to domain files in the downloadable vault.
• Updated Obsidian implementation.md to document the outcome property and the two-part review system.
• Updated Getting started.md to clarify the two approaches: simplified weekly review vs comprehensive Obsidian vault system.
• Added Weekly review.md and Domain outcomes.md as downloadable vault Resources.

Changes

• Merged two envy prevention processes into one.
• Fixed the focus-to-prayer link in the Praying domain.
• Merged Cry and fear misguidance (Fear and hope) + Regret and prevent after committing a sin (Repentance) into a single regret and prevent.md process under Repentance, covering the full cycle of fear before sin, repentance after sin, and ongoing balance of fear and hope. Updated domain links across Fear and hope, Repentance, Remembering death, Praying, Gluttony and lust, and referencing files.

Deletions

• Removed "have wudu with multiple intentions" process — it was too specific and already embedded in "have multiple intention in worship acts."
